 1-2-1 Classes

 Basics of Baking (2.5hrs = £180)

• Learn the basics of baking, Tips and tricks to get the perfect light and fluffy sponge. Learn how to make the perfect buttercream

  Mastering Buttercream (2hrs = £180)

• Learn how to cover a cake in buttercream. Learn to pipe with different types of nozzles. Learn to prepare and apply a chocolate drip onto a cake. We will provide a baked cake for this session

 Sharp Edges (1.5hrs= £250)

• Have you always struggled to get those sharp edges? Now this is for you. Learn to filland cover a cake in fondant. Learn the secrets to getting those sharp edges finish. We will provide a baked cake for this session

 Small Group Classes (Minimum of 4 people)   (prices from £125pp)

 Small groups are able to book for any of the above classes and also have the option of;

• figure modelling class
• Sugar flowers class

 Are you located outwith our local area? We can offer virtual 1-2-1 classes.
