How could we live without Sticky Toffee Pudding

The year we introduced StickyToffee Pudding into our cake menu, I had it every single day for about 2 months! - It was really that good!

Needless to say, after the 2 months, I was sticky toffee’d out! My once favourite dessert became arrgh!!! I needed a 1 year break to recover from my binge.

Sticky Toffee pudding is a British dessert, more popular in Scotland . . . I think.

It’s a light moist toffee sponge, drenched in toffee sauce and usually served with vanilla. We sell it all year round as a cupcake and can also be ordered as a pudding or cake. It undoubtedly our bestseller at Christmas and one of our wedding cake favorites – its present at all our wedding exhibitions.
