Post Christmas Lockdown Update
Following the recent announcement by the Scottish government regarding the full lockdown, we are making some temporary changings to our operations.
The shop will be open for collection only between 12pm – 2pm Wednesday – Friday each week for the period of lockdown. Deliveries will also be available on these days. Orders that have been previously received, will be fulfilled and customers will be contacted regarding suitable pick up or delivery times. There will be no deliveries Saturday - Tuesdays. Our cakes keep fresh for a week, so any cakes to be used between Saturday – Tuesday, can be picked up on any of the opening days Wednesday – Friday.
Only limited number of orders can be fulfilled each week, so we would be unable to take on last minute orders. If you require a cake please place your order in good time to avoid being disappointed. We are unable to receive any calls outwith the lockdown opening hours of 12 – 2pm Wednesday - Friday. Orders can be made via our online shop www.ocaykx.com. We will still respond and check emails and social messages for enquiries outwith these times.
For collections, a table will be placed by the door and cakes placed on the table for each customer to pick up as they arrive. The table will be sanitized after each collection. Customers will not be allowed access into the shop at any time. Please note, we are unable to take orders instore. Orders can be placed via the online shop or over the phone during opening hours. Before ordering online, please check the notice period required for each order as we are unable to accept last minute orders.
