An Act of Kindness

There's this nice homeless chap that usually comes to our shop every morning for an instant coffee. One day last week, while he was waiting for his coffee. He looked over the shoulder of a lady about to order a cake, noticing she was looking at pictures of Celtic FC themed cakes, he became so excited. Apparently, he is a big fan of the Celtics. So he just said in passing " oh how I wish I could have a celtic cake for my birthday". The lady smiled and asked him when his birthday was. he mentioned a date in April, and the lady said, ok i'll get you a cake! So she ordered him a celtic photocake for him to collect on his birthday, to say he was super excited is an understatement!
As usual, he came by the shop this morning for his coffee and he was still very much excited and looking forward to his birthday cake.... Now that is what I call an act of kindness . . .
